Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pre-Opening Coordination:
  • Assist in managing and executing pre-opening activities for new RedDoorz properties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of all pre-opening tasks.
  • Oversee site readiness and ensure operational systems are set up before opening.
  1. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Implementation:
  • Implement and enforce RedDoorz operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all departments are aligned with RedDoorz hospitality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure SOP compliance post-opening.
  1. Training & Development:
  • Provide hands-on training for hotel staff on operational procedures and customer service.
  • Monitor staff performance during the opening phase and provide necessary guidance.
  • Train Property In-Charge (PIC) to conduct simple canvassing activities in nearby universities and corporate offices to promote RedDoorz services.
  1. Tax & Compliance Preparation:
  • Support tax-related preparations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage pre-opening licenses and permits.
  1. Hospitality & Guest Experience:
  • Ensure the delivery of a high-quality guest experience aligned with RedDoorz standards.
  • Implement and monitor guest feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel pre-opening or hospitality operations.
  3. Strong understanding of hotel operations, SOP implementation, and guest service standards.
  4. Experience in conducting training and staff development programs.
  5. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance related to hotel operations is preferred.
  6. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  7. Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia for pre-opening projects.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
