Job Description :

1. Monitor feedback quality of fresh produce especially Category 4R (RTE, RTC, RTD, RTH) together with QC field and produce team to maintain its quality

2. Analyse the root cause from the customer feedback for quality improvement

3. Conduct trials for new samples of fruit, vegetables or meat (beef, seafood, poultry) to meet Segari quality specification

4. Conduct trial improvement for both existing product 4R and new product especially on shelf life, packaging, or any project with the other team

5. Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Working Instruction (WI), quality specifications and training material related to quality product

6. Responsible for any QC related, ensure that the results of QC work are in accordance with standards and have been properly recorded, make a plan for schedule QC and input QC overtime

Qualifications :

- S1 from reputable University majoring agriculture / food technology / post-harvest technology or any related major

- Minimum 1-2 years experience as QC/QA food industry

- Familiar with fresh produce (both hot kitchen or cold kitchen), especially fruit, vegetables and meat (beef, seafood, poultry)

- Proactive, fast learner, well organised person with good communication skills

- Can Join ASAP
