The Surveyor is responsible for conducting property potential mapping, site planning, and field surveys, while ensuring the delivery of accurate survey reports. Key responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and identify property opportunities aligned with the requested areas
  2. Evaluate properties for suitability based on economic indicators, demographics, and market needs

  4. Perform on-site inspections and collect relevant data
  5. Assess the feasibility of potential properties for hubs and other locations
  6. Compile detailed survey reports and create layout sketches (min. 4 reports/month)
  7. Provide structured documentation to support decision-making processes
  8. Collaborate with the internal O2O team to align survey activities with operational goals
  9. Maintain communication with external property agents and partners to ensure smooth survey processes
  10. Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain environmental permits for prospective hub locations
  11. Monitor progress of permit applications to ensure compliance and timely approvals.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any Engineering, Interior Design, or Humanities
  2. Have minimum 2 years of experience relevant to the field of study
  3. Strong knowledge of renovation processes, building materials, and cost estimation.
  4. Understanding of financial principles related to renovation and project estimation.
  5. Familiarity with interior design concepts, spatial planning, and layout development.
  6. Basic understanding of urban planning and social geography for mapping locations.
  7. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  8. Must have a strong analytical detail-oriented mindset
