Finance and Accounting Manager (Plant Mojokerto)

Responsibilities :

• This position will work at Plant Ngoro (Mojokerto) to manage all functions of Finance & Accounting including Costing, general accounting, finance, budgeting, planning, reporting, taxation, and internal control
• Prepare annual budget and managerial report package.
• Prepare financial performance statement to ensure timely and accurate reporting to the company’s management as well as tax department in compliance with tax local regulations.
• Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization
• Calculating the variance of product cost in comparison between standard cost and actual cost each month
• Effective manage cash flow to achieve the best financial benefit and control all costs to be in line with the planned budget.
• Apply internal control procedures to ensure that all financial activities are conducted in line with company policies and local regulations.
• Solve real-time problems by liaising with multiple parties internally and externally.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting
• Experience handling Finance minimum 1 year as a Manager or 4 years as Supervisor, handling Costing, Accounting & Tax Report, preferably in manufacture company or as an Auditor
• Have an in-depth understanding of accounting (PSAK) and tax principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically, accurately, and concisely
• Attention to detail, must be thorough and accurate
• Strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, highly organized and an excellent team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience using an accounting system such as SAP
• Willing to work at out Mojokerto Plant
