- Support in sourcing candidates and handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department, including filing, clerical duties, and preparation of HR documents.
- Participate in the organization of company events and initiatives, such as team-building activities or wellness programs.
- Support on going HR projects.
- Assist in employer branding activities through social media.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Interest in human resources management and desire to learn more about it.
- Basic knowledge of HR best practices is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good understanding of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information.
- Creative and up to date with current trend in social media.
- Able to use basic video editing tools like CapCut.
