Job Description :
- As a strategic partner for Business Leaders, developing strategies and providing solutions for organizations through the implementation of appropriate human capital programs in order to achieve targets and organizational health (Organization Health Index)
- As a business leader's strategic partner, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's business processes in an effort to achieve the set targets
- Perform analysis and ensure the implementation of organizational performance improvement programs
- Monitoring OHI (Talent Mapping, Fulfillment, Turnover, Org. Development, Learning Journey, Competency Fitness, Equity) to improve the organization's health.
- Integrated Human Capital System & Continuous Improvement effectively
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree, majoring in any field.
- Must be from fashion retail industry
- Have a minimum of 12 years of working experience in the HR area, preferably as an HR Strategic / HRBP
- Good in communication and teamwork skills
- Have experience in handle big team
- Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into business strategies.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Capable of engaging and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in fostering positive workplace culture and handling complex HR matters.
- Ability to implement HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
- Fluent in English (Oral and written)
