Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships between HQ and the indonesia office for HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area; Background in the manufacturing/technology/energy industries is preferred
- 5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work as an independent contributor and also as part of a team
- Master Chinese and English
