Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a System & Procedure Specialist located in Bandung. The Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing system procedures, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective communication within the information technology infrastructure.
Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and maintain systems and procedures to ensure efficienl operations.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of existing systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide training and support to staff on new systems and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to systems and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of systems and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve mall operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of systems and procedures development and implementation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Technical Support, Information Technology; and Proficiency in project management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
