We are looking for a creative Product Designer to join our team, with at least a 2-year work experience. You'll be responsible for designing and developing digital products through user experience research and recommendations to achieve business goals and increase user satisfaction.
What You Will Be Doing
- Working closely and under supervision of the product manager to improving the existing product experience.
- Define the product briefs and be able to present the ideas/solution to the team under the supervision of the product manager.
- Proactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goal.
- Effectively deliver features and improvements in a well-defined scope.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, and UI designs to create intuitive user experiences.
- Define and maintain the design of UX patterns and guidelines for our products to produce consistent and intuitive user experiences.
- Make sure all of the product designs are well tested for their effectiveness and usability, as well as their implementation in the development.
Who is Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous working experience in the product design industry for at least 2 years.
- A designer with a strong UX and UI portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving skills, showcases your design and thought process.
- Organized and love to document all your designs, interaction models, and UI specifications.
- Have a good knowledge of the tools, such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and other design tools that are widely used by Product Designers.
- Strong attention to detail in all creative works.
- Can work independently, and is flexible and willing to solve various challenges.
- Possess good communication skills and has an ability to clearly present interactive concepts to cross-functional teams.
