Job Overview:
We seek a creative, driven, and results-oriented Social Media Specialist to enhance DMC's online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing various digital media platforms, creating impactful content, and leveraging analytics to achieve measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1) Content Creation & Management:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality, on-brand, and engaging content (text, images, videos).
• Craft compelling copy for social media posts tailored to each platform.
• Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when needed for content creation.
2) Social Media Management:
•Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
•Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering conversations.
•Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to implement improvements and adopt best practices.
•Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms to optimise strategies.
3) Website Management:
• Manage, update, and oversee all website content, including blog articles and other pages.
• Ensure the website aligns with the company’s branding, messaging, and social media strategies, while implementing any necessary adjustments to optimise user experience and engagement.
4) Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and website traffic.
• Use insights to inform content strategies and optimise performance.
Key Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing social media platforms, websites and creating digital content, preferably in the financial services industry or professional services industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), web content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to produce engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Basic graphic design (e.g., Canva) and video editing skills (e.g., CapCut) are highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and web traffic analysis to optimise content performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
