Role Description

- Selling and marketing pension fund products to companies

- Achieve sales targets

- Providing an explanation of severance pay based on the applicable Manpower Law, PSAK 24, Tax Regulations

- Providing education related to investment management

- Review the draft cooperation agreement between DPLK AXA Mandiri and client

- Participating in coordination meetings at the Regional and Area levels of Bank Mandiri

Qualifications

  • Corporate Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Business Development and Negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in corporate sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor Degree from all major
