Role Description
- Selling and marketing pension fund products to companies
- Achieve sales targets
- Providing an explanation of severance pay based on the applicable Manpower Law, PSAK 24, Tax Regulations
- Providing education related to investment management
- Review the draft cooperation agreement between DPLK AXA Mandiri and client
- Participating in coordination meetings at the Regional and Area levels of Bank Mandiri
Qualifications
- Corporate Sales and Sales Management skills
- Business Development and Negotiation skills
- Proven track record in corporate sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor Degree from all major
