Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Execute Influencer Marketing Strategy: Lead and identify the development and implementation of comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  2. Campaign Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
  3. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive performance and professional growth.
  4. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of influencer marketing initiatives.
  5. Industry Trends and Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation to enhance the effectiveness of influencer campaigns through industry trends and emerging platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven min. 3 years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing or similar roles.
  • Fluent in English is a MUST.
  • Have a good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, or Affiliates.
  • Experience handling beauty brand promotion on social media is an advantage.
  • Passionate in beauty industry. Experience in beauty or consumer goods industry will be preferred.
  • Able to do full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
