Job Description
- Ensure the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle is managed properly
- Manage Hiring Manager expectations during the recruitment process, to get a clear business context identify hiring needs, and build a good relationship
- Actively facilitate and think strategically to propose solutions to fulfilling hiring needs
- Develop a recruitment strategy to fulfill manpower requirements based on the supply/demand of certain positions, whether to pursue through databank search, advertisement, or from internal and external sources.
- Shortlisting the candidates based on agreement with the hiring manager
- Manage interviews together with the hiring manager and ensure the designated time to hire is executed properly
- Manage onboarding and coordinate with related departments to ensure a smooth hiring process until the candidates are onboard with the company.
- Support to build trusted relationships with employees/managers, help with organization design, managing job descriptions, workforce planning, and performance management
- Participate in HR-related projects and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the overall business goals
- Manage HRIS system, database, dashboard, and documentation related to the assigned task.
- Assist in reviewing, updating, monitoring the implementation, and ensuring compliance with the related HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major. HR Management or Psychology graduate would be preferred
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR management
- At least 4 years of recruitment experience from the Financial Services Industry or Financial Digital Services companies with regional exposure would be preferred.
- Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for specific requirements, various levels, and expertise, high volume roles in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of recruitment business process and possess various experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Effective organizational, time management interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Passionate about organization, people, culture, and service
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, proactive and results-oriented with a positive attitude and adaptability.
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Good understanding of labor laws and regulations will be an advantage
