Human Resources Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Executive to join our team at Apotek Alpro in Jakarta. This role requires a dynamic HR professional who is data-driven, agile, and strong in Excel, with a particular focus on People Development and compliance. The HR Executive will report directly to the People Management Compliance Manager and play a critical role in ensuring HR operations align with company policies and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Spearhead People Development initiatives, including training, talent management, and performance evaluations.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to provide HR insights and track workforce trends.
- Work closely with the PPM Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Leverage Excel and other HR tools to optimize HR processes and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR management, operations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
- Experience in People Development, including training and career progression programs.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and experience working with HRIS systems.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze HR metrics and support strategic decision-making.
- Agile, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams.
