Responsible in establish and implement a project plan, manage progress/schedule/cost/quality/risk, etc., also take responsibility for project results and manage all related matters until project completion and managing Quality Assurance activities related to the development, implementation and maintenance of IT systems such as document control and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Define project goals, scope, schedules, and methods.
  • Ensure resources (e.g. human, material, budget) are in place for successful project completion.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring it stays on track, on time, and within budget.
  • Identify and manage risks. Address issues quickly to minimize impact and keep the project aligned with its goals.
  • Closely work with key stakeholders (Business Users, HQ, Dealers, Partners, etc) to ensure smooth communication and alignment on system requirements, improvements and goals.
  • Analyze business needs, work with IT partners to enhance systems, and ensure improvements drive efficiency and beneficial for the business.
  • Develop test script and run tests to ensure IT systems meet business standards and requirements.
  • Track system issues, provide user manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to end-users.
  • Escalate system issues based on impact to business with relevant Technical Support teams and follow-up for post incident analysis of the issue in timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 7 year of work experience in the same or related role as an IT Project Manager
  • Integrated thinking ability (problem recognition/analysis/solution) and logical thinking ability
  • Strong experience in managing multiple cross-functional IT projects, system integrations, and process improvements. Also, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, product lifecycle management, and IT system implementations.
  • Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to system evaluation, testing, bug tracking, and improvements to enhance product performance and end-user satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications in English
  • Knowledge in Functional, Regression, UAT, and Integration Testing is a plus
