Job Description

  • Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Responding to emails, phone calls, and queries from internal and external
  • Handling outgoing and incoming mails and calls.
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
  • Working with other departments and ensuring smooth communication across departments to complete projects
  • Arrange Travel and accommodations for business trip for all staff, arrange meeting in-house and external, supporting internal events
  • Processing claim/reimbursement for all staff.
  • Support for HR and Operations Departement
  • Provide secretarial, administrative to all staff within organisations and general employees
