  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Our platforms are currently deployed all over the world, covering more than 300 million square meters!

As an Operator (Video Analytics), you’ll be monitoring our AI systems and ensuring its utmost accuracy.

This is a hybrid role in Jakarta, Indonesia at our Menara Sunlife office.

We have two openings – a 9:00am to 6:00pm (Singapore Time Zone) shift, and a 10:30pm to 7:30am (SGT) shift.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Learn and execute our AI standard operating procedures
  • Monitor deployed AI systems for any irregularities or alerts
  • Report any bugs, issues, or faults within our systems to technical teams

Our Ideal Requirements

  • This is a role that requires a very high attention to detail and reaction timing. All selected candidates will undergo a basic fundamentals screening during the interview process.
  • Ability to stay focused during long periods of time.
  • Prior familiarity with computer vision, video analytics, or IP camera technologies/platforms is a great plus.
