Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving growth in Indonesia with new customers is amongst our highest priorities. You will be responsible to acquire, develop and grow a healthy pipeline of large enterprise opportunities with a focus on the FS space in particular. You will own the full sales lifecycle from business development to deal closure.
  • Deliver on Country revenue target by closing new deals, applying a strong commercial understanding of your opportunities, both on overall opportunity size, deal value and in year revenue.
  • Build a strong pipeline adopting a “Technology first” approach to your prospects, ensuring that the WOGI SaaS platforms are prioritised over local gift card and payment solutions.
  • Be the in-country expert applying local knowledge and expertise to understand client needs, market trends, and offer consultative solutions that differentiate from the competition.
  • Represent WOGI at local exhibitions, events, and networking as and when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams, locally and internationally to ensure new and existing customers are properly serviced and supported
  • High level of discipline managing CRM to ensure all opportunities are identified and properly managed
  • Work closely with in-country partnership team to ensure you are providing valuable feedback on prospect needs and trends.

Key Requirements

  • Solid track record as a hunter with proven success closing deals with SaaS based solutions to enterprise customers
  • A background in payments, incentives and loyalty rewards would be advantageous
  • Strong network of contacts in Indonesia in the FS space, along with other large enterprise organizations including Telco, CRM, OTA’s
  • Natural people person - enthusiastic individual with a go-getter attitude, able to immediately bond with others and can quickly build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Strategic thinker with a long-term approach to deal-making and partnership building
  • Have a flair in negotiation and able to present ideas and convince stakeholders
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Good commercial awareness and able to multi-task
  • Excellent written communication and communication skill. Fluent in English.
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative and able to display roll-up-your sleeves attitude.
  • Team Player with the ability to work with different functions in a fast-paced environment and constantly evolving environment. Able to work independently when required.
