Responsibilities

  • Align with partner goals to drive operational synergy.
  • Collaborate and work-closely with internal teams in partners-regional alignment (S&D acquisition, revenue, channel operation and regional head of distribution) to ensure alignment of partner initiatives with company objectives.
  • Track and analyze regional and partner performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize market performance.
  • Act as a bridge between regional teams and partners to ensure smooth communication and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct regular engagement meetings with partners.
  • Ensure all partner activities align with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Standardize and document partner processes.
  • Identify and support new market opportunities through partner collaborations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence.

Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or a related field. - A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, regional operations, or a related field. - Proven track record of managing complex relationships with multiple stakeholders. - Experience working in cross-cultural or international environments is preferred. Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). - Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). - Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Other Requirements: - Willingness to travel frequently to regional offices and partner locations. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (if applicable).
