Job Description:

  • Monitor and collect operational data from hospital units on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track performance and trends.
  • Assist in ensuring the implementation of service standards in Medical, Nursing, and Quality departments.
  • Analyze operational data to identify business needs, process improvements, and propose solutions for operational challenges.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visual trends to present operational insights to management.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of supervision visits for the MNQ team to hospital units.
  • Assist in preparing administrative materials, such as presentations and meeting agendas.
  • Manage case management reports, including medico-legal cases reported by hospital units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong data analytics skills, quality improvement knowledge, and experience in creating reports and presentations.
