Key Responsibility:
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor landscapes, and understand customer pain points.
- Use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
Product Messaging Development:
- Craft compelling product messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition and key benefits of Broom.id’s products to different customer segments.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Go-to-Market Strategy Execution:
- Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including defining pricing, distribution channels, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure seamless product launches.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality marketing materials such as product descriptions, website copy, case studies, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
- Work with the Graphic Designer to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide product knowledge, answer customer questions, and support sales efforts.
- Develop sales enablement tools to empower the sales team to close deals effectively.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Design and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, digital advertising, etc.) to generate leads and drive product awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track key marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, cost per lead) to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and present insights to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and messaging.
- Act as a bridge between teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualification:
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in fintech, automotive, or financial services is a plus.
Marketing Expertise:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
Communication & Writing Skills:
- Excellent communication and writing skills to develop compelling marketing content.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging messaging.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using data to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
