We are looking for a Fashion Production & Design Assistant in Surabaya, Indonesia to work closely with the founder and support daily operations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion, eager to learn, and ready to take on a variety of tasks in a creative environment.
Skills Needed:
- Strong sewing and garment construction skills
- Fabric knowledge
- Basic proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with fashion trends and ability to conduct market research
- Ability to create and manage tech packs
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Packing and organizing customer orders with care and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle tasks effectively
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in fittings and garment adjustments
- Helping with fabric sourcing and trims
- Managing inventory of samples and materials
- Coordinating with production teams and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensuring deadlines are met and production schedules are followed
- Assisting with photoshoots, styling, and other creative tasks as needed
- Handling day-to-day tasks to support the designer and ensure smooth operations
Personal Qualities:
