This is a full-time Coffee Processing Supervisor role located in Bandung. The Coffee Processing Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day coffee processing operations, ensure quality control, and maintain production schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Manage storage and inventory
  • Operate machineries and equipment for coffee processing
  • Measure output and reduce inefficiencies
  • Conduct proper equipment maintenance and quality control

Qualifications

  • Diploma (D3) or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years experience in machinery and equipment operations
  • (Preferred) Prior experience in coffee or food production
