[IDEAS #4] UX Writing Intern

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Writing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers in the UX design process.
• Identify solutions to challenges based on data and business priorities.
• Write text/copy in both Indonesian and English for applications, websites, notifications, emails, FAQs, and “What’s New” features.
• Participate in the planning and execution of concept testing and usability testing.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and provide necessary insights during discussions.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Available and willing to start a 6-month internship in February 2025.
• An active university student majoring in Communication / Literature / Psychology / Design or have recently graduated within the past 3 months as of February 2025.
• Experience in writing and publishing (e.g., articles, short stories, journals, etc.).
• Understanding of UX writing principles and concepts.
• Strong writing skills in both Indonesian and English.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Creative thinking with the ability to approach problems critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and openness to feedback.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
