- Monitor and report on trends in community engagement and partnerships to ensure relevance.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Having at least 1 year of experience in relevant industry.
- Ability to build and manage relationships.
- Experience in partnership development or community building.
- Event planning and execution skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in art, creative industries, or education.
- Familiarity with trends in social media and events.
- Knowledge of CRM or partnership management tools.
