Partnership Development:

Internal & External Communication:

  • Coordinate internal communication with social media, operations, and teachers to ensure alignment while developing initiatives.
  • Draft proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the brand representative in key engagements, meetings, and public events.

Brand Awareness & Positioning:

  • Craft messaging that strengthens Bartega’s positioning in the market.
  • Monitor and report on trends in community engagement and partnerships to ensure relevance.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Having at least 1 year of experience in relevant industry.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships.
  • Experience in partnership development or community building.
  • Event planning and execution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in art, creative industries, or education.
  • Familiarity with trends in social media and events.
  • Knowledge of CRM or partnership management tools.
