We are looking for a creative Product Manager to join our team, with at least a 2-year work experience. You will play a crucial role in the development, enhancement, and optimization of our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet customer needs and market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operation, legal compliance, marketing, and business, to define product goals and strategies.
- Gather and analyze market research, user feedback, and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and prioritize features.
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, feature specifications, and project plans.
- Develop Product Requirements Documents (PRD) to clearly define product features, functionality, and objectives.
- Define and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKR) to track and measure the success of product initiatives.
- Serve as a central point of contact for product-related questions and issues.
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics and user feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Work with the development team to ensure that projects are executed according to plan and within established timelines.
- Communicate product updates and progress to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in product management or experience at top-tier tech or financial industry.
- Problem solver with clear structure and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skill, both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive to make things happen and critical in ensuring progress.
- Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Passion for making the world better through technology.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Basic understanding of product development processes.
- A passion for technology and a desire to create innovative products.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
