Brand Activation and Community Specialist
Gently is a personal care brand for babies and mom that brings gentle formula, good efficacy, and promotes a health-conscious lifestyle. Gently's mission is to help mothers to take care of their loved ones with the best solutions so that they can build healthy and happy families.
We have 3 brands including GENTLY Baby (babies skincare), GENTLY Mamacare (moms skincare), and JoyMeal (babies food). We're looking Brand Activation and Community Specialist for handling activation and community for 3 brands.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in any relevant major
- Poses 1- 2 years of work experience in brand activation role or similar
- Have a good project management and communication skills
- Able to think strategically and good in executing projects
- Willing to travel occasionally if required.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop brand activation plans with marketing team
- Responsible in managing the offline brand activation projects
- Engaged with mothers communities across Indonesia cities with a focus on empowering communities to grow, through sharing, helping and co-learning within these communities.
- Manage event calendar, project timelines, and event budget.
- Evaluate and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and coordinate external suppliers including favourable contract negotiation.
- Ensure every brand activation element is aligned with brand identity guidelines and the overall brand strategy management.
