Responsibilities:

  • Create and ensure regular reports to management regarding the fleet service operation
  • Coordinate and work together with Dealer, other department, and related parties ralated to fleet service issue settlement
  • Continuous improvement in fleet service operation
  • Assist in the development, coordination, and maintenance of fleet vehicles, policies, processes and programs associated with fleet service operational requirements
  • Establish and manage fleet service policies
  • Manage and host fleet customer inspection activities
  • Generation and implementation of quality plans to meet fleet customer requirements
  • Provide administrative assistance and support to Technical team
  • Regular fleet customer visits and fleet services consulting
  • To comply with the company’s internal rules and guidelines
  • Document all customer interactions, provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
  • Support Sales fleet team to provide proper proposal based on Service policy
  • Ensure part availability for fleet customer
  • Coordinating and communicating with clients and partner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
  • Experience in fleet customer services
  • Experience in the technical support
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
  • Working knowledge of email systems, computer hardware, and peripherals.
