Responsibilities:
- Create and ensure regular reports to management regarding the fleet service operation
- Coordinate and work together with Dealer, other department, and related parties ralated to fleet service issue settlement
- Continuous improvement in fleet service operation
- Assist in the development, coordination, and maintenance of fleet vehicles, policies, processes and programs associated with fleet service operational requirements
- Establish and manage fleet service policies
- Manage and host fleet customer inspection activities
- Generation and implementation of quality plans to meet fleet customer requirements
- Provide administrative assistance and support to Technical team
- Regular fleet customer visits and fleet services consulting
- To comply with the company’s internal rules and guidelines
- Document all customer interactions, provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
- Support Sales fleet team to provide proper proposal based on Service policy
- Ensure part availability for fleet customer
- Coordinating and communicating with clients and partner
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- Experience in fleet customer services
- Experience in the technical support
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
- Working knowledge of email systems, computer hardware, and peripherals.
