The ideal candidate will also excel in fostering partnerships, delivering measurable outcomes, and supporting MODENA’s commitment to ESG.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and coordination of MODENA’s Sustainability Strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and international standards.
  • Manage the collection, organization, and analysis of sustainability data in partnership with internal teams and third-party stakeholders.
  • Design, execute, monitor, and evaluate sustainability programs, providing strategic recommendations to enhance program impact and align with ESG objectives.
  • Represent MODENA in events, conferences, and forums to promote initiatives, build partnerships, and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Provide best-practice recommendations and sustainability insights to internal operations, ensuring integration of sustainability principles into organizational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Maximum of 3 years of experience in sustainability reporting, strategy implementation, or ESG project management
  • Familiarity in sustainability frameworks, including UN SDGs, GRI 2021, and ISO 14001
  • Familiarity in tools and methodologies such as lifecycle assessments (LCA), carbon footprint analysis, and impact evaluation
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including vendors, NGOs, government agencies, and private-sector partners
