Responsibilities
- Capture requirements from stakeholders and translate them into comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs).
- Track and update project progress through dedicated trackers, providing clear release notes and scope management.
- Conduct detailed gap analyses to identify operational inefficiencies, recommend actionable improvements, and report findings.
- Periodically review and refine SOPs to ensure they reflect updated processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Gather and analyze operational data, translating findings into actionable steps for process enhancement.
- Facilitate regular cadence meetings, prioritizing tasks and maintaining transparency on project status and deliverables.
- Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Document updates in a centralized repository, adhering to best practices for version control and accessibility.
- Strive to increase stakeholder satisfaction by consistently meeting key support metrics and delivering high-quality PMO outputs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly updates
