Position Overview
- Leads Relationship Manager for the Funding team

Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of pertinent work experience, particularly in institutional partnerships or related roles within Banking, P2P, or Fintech
- A dynamic, self-motivated individual with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Highly analytical, possessing strong financial modeling capabilities, data-driven insights, and complex problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in digital technologies
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in a senior role in at least one of the following areas: Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
- Recent experience leveraging technology to scale business operations
- A strong enthusiasm for working in a rapidly growing company that aims to make a significant impact
- A passion for thriving in a fast-paced and occasionally unpredictable environment
- Fluency in English
