- Proven track record in new business development within a B2B sales environment, preferably in the outdoor fashion industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in prospecting and cold calling.
- Excellent communication and listening skills to understand customer needs and deliver relevant offers.
- Resilience and determination to always go the extra mile to close deals.
- Domiciled in Jabodetabek and willing to work under a WFA (Work From Anywhere) arrangement.
