We are currently seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and develop social media strategies for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting schedules, and community engagement.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop engaging visuals, copy, and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry updates, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
  • Actively research and analyse market trends to understand industries, target audiences, and competitors.
  • Analyze and track key performance metrics to measure campaign success and provide insights for improvement.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, goals, and target audience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and their best practices.
  • Ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media performance data.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with a creative mindset.
  • Experience in managing paid social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Willing to work onsite in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta.
  • Must use a personal device for work.
