Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess operational risks within the organization's processes, systems, and procedures.
• Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate identified risks.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and recommend improvements as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop contingency plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in operational risk management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational risk management.
