Responsibilities:
- Installation & Configuration: Lead and manage the end-to-end installation process of NetApp solutions (ONTAP, AFF, FAS series, etc.), ensuring that all systems are set up and configured according to customer requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, providing swift resolution to minimize downtime. Escalate issues to higher-level engineering teams if necessary.
- System Validation & Testing: Perform system validation and post-installation testing to confirm that NetApp solutions are fully operational and meeting performance expectations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain accurate installation documentation, including network diagrams, configuration settings, and any troubleshooting steps taken.
- Collaborate with Other Teams: Work closely with the sales, support, and engineering teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Travel Requirements: Frequent travel to client sites as required by the job.
