  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  • Conducting corporate compliance such as (i) calendaring annual corporate compliance requirements, preparing annual meeting minutes and filings, and handling director and officer replacements; and (ii) restructuring of share capital or authorized capital, distribution of dividends, and licensing applications and filings to government authorities (advantage working in public company);
  • Handling merger and acquisition;
  • Handling finance and banking transaction such as commercial loans, syndicated loans, letters of credit, construction loans, project finance, and leasing and security arrangements.
  • Manage corporate & commercial legal team

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Laws, Master Degree will be prefered from reputable University
  • Experience min 8 years in Law Firm and/or Big Corporate. Preferable from Public Listed Company
  • Fluent in English (Both in Oral & Written)
  • Good Communications Skills, Energetic, Able to work onsite
