  • Have min. 5-10 years proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally in fashion, luxury/lifestyle industries.
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing strategies & e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Google Analytics, CRM, digital advertising tools, etc).
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning & the Poupette St Barth aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Craft & execute a visionary e-commerce strategy to boost revenue & brand awareness.
  • Enhance website UX/UI & optimize the customer journey for seamless engagement.
  • Oversee & fine-tune digital acquisition & retention campaigns (SEO, SEA, CRM, email marketing, social ads, etc).
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data & implement game-changing improvements (conversion rates, average order value, customer retention, etc).
  • Spearhead website updates, technical innovations & mobile-first initiatives.
  • Expand our digital presence through marketplaces & additional online channels.
  • Work hand-in-hand with supply chain & customer service teams to ensure a top-tier shopping experience.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by tracking industry trends & e-commerce innovations.
