- Oversee & fine-tune digital acquisition & retention campaigns (SEO, SEA, CRM, email marketing, social ads, etc).
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data & implement game-changing improvements (conversion rates, average order value, customer retention, etc).
- Spearhead website updates, technical innovations & mobile-first initiatives.
- Expand our digital presence through marketplaces & additional online channels.
- Work hand-in-hand with supply chain & customer service teams to ensure a top-tier shopping experience.
