Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver product and soft skills training for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and efficiency.
  • Ensure materials reflect the latest product updates, market trends, and business strategies while adapting to diverse learning needs.
  • Conduct interactive workshops, assessments, and hands-on training to help sales teams effectively communicate product value.
  • Work with product planning, sales, marketing, and after-sales teams to align training content and improve effectiveness based on feedback.
  • Track training effectiveness through assessments, sales performance metrics, and participant feedback, providing reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (BNSP certification is a plus).
  • 3+ years in product or sales training within the automotive industry, with strong knowledge of automotive products, technologies, and trends.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales training programs, adapt content for different skill levels, and mentor sales teams.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and coaching skills to deliver engaging training sessions and simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus).
