Requirements:

1. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field at the Bachelor's level is required

2. The job requires prior experience as an Influencer Marketing or KOL Lead or in a similar position min 3+ years

3. Possessing a thorough knowledge of social media platforms and their optimal techniques

4. Understanding influencer marketing strategies and techniques

5. Possessing strong communication and negotiation abilities

6. The candidate possesses skills in data analysis and providing insights to inform campaign optimization

7. This individual possesses a creative mindset and strong project management skills

8. Able to lead team well and able to form a strategic work system

9. Having a good portofolio with big clients

10. Fluent in English is a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives, target audience demographics and in line with the overall marketing goals.

2. We will identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values.

3. Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers across social media platforms and other channels.

4. Track, identify and research potential clients

5. Responsibilities include handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.

6. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.

7. Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, creative, and PR, to establish cohesive and successful campaigns.

8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

9. Monitor financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of campaigns within established budgetary limits.
