Brand Manager - Retail (Jakarta Based)
Adecco Group is currently supporting one of our Retail (Mom & Baby) Client in their search for Brand Manager that will be placed in their Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta Office.
What will you do?
- Create and implement effective end-to-end marketing strategies to help business achieve the goals and objectives.
- Determine brand positioning in the market and formulate effective strategies to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer behavior, emerging trends and opportunities for a brand growth.
- Leverage social media platforms and digital marketing channels by producing engaging creative content to attract targeted audiences.
- Analysis; track and report on traffic, CAC, MQLs, conversion rates, attribution and pipeline growth.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution and brand activations activity at Expo or events.
- Work with Channel Sales Head to achieve sales target.
If you are someone who:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 3-5 years as a Brand Manager in Retail/FMCG industry (Mom and Baby will be a plus point).
- Ability to manage, track and execute project planning in a timely manner.
- Expertise in B2C social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and related digital marketing channels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willing to WFO in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
