Summary:

We are looking for a Salesperson to secure short and long-term profitable business for M+ Software through proactive business development based on the fundamental understanding of the customer's business, operations, and objectives. Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end-to-end solutions allowing a seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and M+ Software successful. This job role could be focused on selling an ERP (ODOO) to Custom Business Solutions (Enterprise Software, Mobile Apps, Websites), Outsourcing, and Vertical Solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales team to qualify leads, identify customers' pain points and translate technologies into solutions that meet customers' business goals.
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and marketing events.
  • Maintaining an existing customer base and developing new customer bases to ensure continuous business growth.
  • Providing pre-sales assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers/vendors, enabling the company to be active & leading, speedy response time, highly profitable, excellent payment collection position at all times.
  • Communicate and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or other related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a related position.
  • Strong base or network in the Information Technology (IT) industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in selling ERP products is a plus.
  • Good communication; interpersonal skills including consultative selling skills and commercial understanding.
