Role Description
- Develop and present proposals and offers to prospective domestic clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Manage the client onboarding process, including legalities, offers, and agreements, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Oversee order fulfillment for domestic clients from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Provide high quality customer service by keeping clients informed of their order status and proactively resolving any issues.
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor degree in any major
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in transportation/logistics company
- In depth knowledge of logistics operations and the shipper market in Central Java
- Possesses analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop solutions for clients
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support business growth and retention
- Placement: Tambakaji, Semarang
