JOB DESC / ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

As an Account Executive, you will be the key link between the agency and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, project execution, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, coordinating with internal creative teams, and delivering successful campaigns that align with client objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing daily project tasks – meeting with clients in regular basis and serving as the contact between them and internal (creative).
  2. Understanding the mentioned deliverables/ requirement of the project explained/ expected by the client.
  3. Prepare brief & brief creative teams in a simple, concise, yet inspiring manner, ensuring, at all times, that they are fully aware of the project’s requirements.
  4. Ensure that the creative output matches the client’s brief and standards, as well being compliant with all the necessary legal and regulatory requirements.
  5. Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients.
  6. Ensuring that the project stays within the timeline/ on time.
  7. Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers update.
  8. Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized

Requirement:

  1. Education background/major: Communication / Management
  2. Experience needed: at least 1 year of internship / junior executive in agency/consulting firm.
  3. Technical Skill: account/project management, coordination, communication, understanding on the marketing & advertising/communication.
  4. Soft Skill: Communication (presentation & public speaking skills), attentive, teamwork/collaboration, detail-oriented, organized, critical thinking process, attentive.
  5. English Skill: Advanced
  6. Excel Skill: Advanced
