  • At least 3-5 years experience in truck sales is a must.
  • Supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure daily targets and long-term sales goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.

  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, tracking performance, and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and technology advancements in heavy equipment.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals with key customers.
  • Promote and sell dump trucks to potential clients in the construction, mining, and logistics sectors & Understand clients' business needs and recommend the right dump truck solutions.
