Requirements
- Minimum Diploma’s degree from any major.
- Male, max. 35 years old.
- At least 3-5 years experience in truck sales is a must.
- Supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure daily targets and long-term sales goals are met.
- Fluent in communicating in English.
- Willing to do business trips.
- Domiciled in Sulawesi and Maluku.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, tracking performance, and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and technology advancements in heavy equipment.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals with key customers.
- Promote and sell dump trucks to potential clients in the construction, mining, and logistics sectors & Understand clients' business needs and recommend the right dump truck solutions.
