Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive internal communication strategies that support organizational goals and objectives.
• Write, edit, and curate content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and presentations.
• Develop initiatives to increase employee engagement, participation, and feedback.
• Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
• Knowledge of best practices in internal communication and employee engagement.
