Job Responsibility :

  • Monitor and oversee activities of HR Officers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise and track activities of GA & Procurement Officers.
  • Draft and review Company Regulations in compliance with legal standards.
  • Develop and refine the Company's Organizational Structure.
  • Ensure alignment and monitor implementation of Company Policies.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage and monitor the development of Job Descriptions across departments.
  • Track and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive organizational success.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar position
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in Human Resources Organization Development (HOD)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, GA, and Procurement roles
  • Proficient in conducting and scoring psychological tests.
  • Experienced in conducting interviews effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Labor Law No. 13 of 2003.
  • Skilled in developing HR-related documentation, including job descriptions and SOPs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with processes in HR, GA, and Procurement is an advantage.
