- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives; provide strategic financial advice to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with credit analysts – internal and external, investors, and other key stakeholders; develop and execute investor relations strategies to effectively communicate the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Lead aspects of pre-IPO financial planning and readiness, including compliance, and investor communications; collaborate with legal, accounting, and regulatory teams to ensure timely and accurate filings.

- Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields, ideally within a prominent Indonesian or regional group having raised at least $10miilion of debt or equity within the last 2 years.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial modelling, and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in IPO preparation and execution or funds raise through PE is highly desirable
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
