  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives; provide strategic financial advice to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with credit analysts – internal and external, investors, and other key stakeholders; develop and execute investor relations strategies to effectively communicate the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead aspects of pre-IPO financial planning and readiness, including compliance, and investor communications; collaborate with legal, accounting, and regulatory teams to ensure timely and accurate filings.
  • Manage capital raising activities, including debt and equity financing; monitor capital markets trends and provide insights on financing opportunities.
  • Oversee financial modelling and analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making and investor communications; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields, ideally within a prominent Indonesian or regional group having raised at least $10miilion of debt or equity within the last 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial modelling, and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in IPO preparation and execution or funds raise through PE is highly desirable
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
