You are the ambassador of Portfolio EAD in the Industry Sector Oil & Gas. Explore and Visit Potential Business in Oil &Gas with Portfolio EAD, turn it into opportunity and develop and secure the orders.

Follow the Oil &Gas Business Grow and Investment in Indonesia, collaborate with GTM(Go To Market) Team / Business Development to visit/meeting and explore more opportunities in Oil &Gas. You are focusing on your sales pipeline, maintain daily in your Salesforce tools and make business forecast for your sales KPI target. Collaborate with Engineering, Proposal and Commercial Team to support you for the respective topics as one Team to customer.

Collaborate with SOP (Sales Operation) Technical Expertise from Germany and Asia Pacific Region if required to do presentation, technical meeting with customers.

What You Bring

  • Oil & Gas Sales Expertise: 6-12 years of experience in sales and business development within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Key Customer Relationships: Established network of positive relationships with major Oil & Gas customers and EPCs in Indonesia.
  • CAPEX Project Success: Proven track record of closing orders for CAPEX projects and services in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Technical Product Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical equipment/systems (HV/MV/LV), VFDs (MV/LV), motors, automation (DCS/PLC/SCADA), and digitalization within Oil & Gas processes.
  • Upstream-Downstream Understanding: Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas processes across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream segments.
  • Opportunity Development & Closure: Ability to independently identify, develop (greenfield & brownfield, including services), and close sales opportunities.
  • Proactive & Travel-Ready: Self-motivated, willing to travel extensively throughout Indonesia, proactively engaging with customers/EPCs through visits, site inspections, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Salesforce Proficiency: Experience working closely with internal teams (proposal, engineering, business development, etc.); proficient in Salesforce for timely record-keeping and updates.
