  • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify growth opportunities, challenges, and industry trends.
  • Work with the existing team to enhance collaboration with Genesis dealers and maintain Genesis’ luxury brand standards.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales performance, demand-supply, and market analysis reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales strategy, demand planning, and market analysis in the automotive industry, preferably in luxury brands.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in demand-supply planning tools and market intelligence platforms.
  • Good communication in English is a must
  • Good understanding in Indonesia luxury automotive related issues
  • Proficient skill in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point
