Job Description:
- Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of daily store activities.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Plan and execute in-store events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Provide training, development, and guidance to the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Ensure all team members understand and follow operational procedures and company policies.
- Monitor and manage store inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing large teams (20+ people) in a retail environment, especially in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of store operations, including inventory management and sales reporting.
- Ability to plan and manage in-store events.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and management.
- Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
